Your new role at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited

We are seeking a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Secondary school in Maghull.

This will be a permanent role starting from September.

You will be working with KS3 and KS4, supporting the class teacher, managing behaviour, completing 1:1 work and group work with pupils.

This role will involve supporting students in the SEN department.

Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification (e.g. NCFE, CACHE or NVQ Level 3)
  • Have previous experience working with children within the last 2 years
  • Two references for work within a school/with children
  • Experience supporting SEN pupils (desirable)
