About the Role:

World Wide Technology is seeking a skilled Consulting Systems Engineer to support our growing European Sales and Engineering team in London, UK. This Technical Pre-Sales Engineer will work with enterprise clients in the UK, Europe, and global markets, providing technical expertise and support.

Responsibilities:

  • Support International Accounts field sales team in customer pursuits to advance sales campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Assist in developing Statements of Work and Bills of Materials.
  • Provide technical leadership in IT infrastructure design and architecture.
  • Recognise and support Professional Services work.
  • Present technology conversations with senior customer members (CXO).
  • Serve as technical liaison to customers and WWT internally.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of pre-sales, technical, or customer experience.
  • High-Level Technical Accreditations with major vendors.
  • Proven track record of solutions selling and consulting.
  • Multi-threaded and broad technical experience/exposure.
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Experience in key market verticals, such as Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Finance, or Manufacturing.
