Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen brigade and oversee food production for events. As part of Compass Group UK, you will be responsible for managing a talented team and ensuring exceptional culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen brigade and ensure food production meets the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement menu strategies to drive innovation and quality.
  • Maintain operational excellence by planning, preparing, and executing food operations for events.
  • Manage and motivate your team through strong leadership, providing feedback, training, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards, maintaining an FSA 5-Star rating.
  • Achieve financial targets, including food costs and labour budgets, while maintaining quality and consistency.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
