Job Summary:
Reward Gateway, a global market leader in benefits and employee engagement, is seeking an Enterprise Sales Consultant to join their team. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships. With a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will work closely with the client success team to ensure high satisfaction and retention within your accounts.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in London, with a salary of £74,000 - £97,000 per year. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales, negotiation, and relationship management. You will be responsible for generating new business, achieving sales targets, and managing a portfolio of enterprise clients. Your expertise will include selling complex HR technology solutions to multiple stakeholders, working with an average 3-6 month sales cycle, and tracking opportunity and customer details in Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
• Selling complex HR technology solutions to multiple stakeholders
• Working with an average 3-6 month sales cycle to generate new business and achieve sales targets
• Managing a portfolio of enterprise clients in partnership with the client success team
• Responsible for renewing and growing existing client relationships, as well as identifying and closing expansion opportunities
