About the Role
Cognizant's Microsoft Business Group is seeking an Enterprise Sales Consultant to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling the MBG's Professional and Managed Services to new and existing clients across various industries. This quota-carrying role requires strong industry selling experience and the ability to combine skills of "hunting" and "farming".

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop business by creating new and managing existing demand via various lead generation channels, including Cognizant account teams, Microsoft account teams, and leveraging your skills to break into "greenfield" accounts (new logos).
  2. Function as an MBG industry ambassador, setting the overall tone in delivering amazing experiences with everyone you interact with.
  3. Take the lead on pursuits, coordinating the selling of the entire MBG services portfolio in partnership and collaboration with stakeholders, including MBG colleagues, Cognizant colleagues, Microsoft Corporation account team members, clients, prospects, partners, vendors, and the greater community.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience selling professional and managed services to Enterprise Clients.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft's Ecosystem, including Enterprise on-premises, hybrid, and cloud software and services portfolio.
  • Proven execution skills in a team-selling environment.
  • Ability to navigate within a Global System Integrator.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with technology AND business decision makers, including the C-suite.
  • Familiarity with leveraging channels.

This role offers an estimated salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance.
