Behaviour and Welfare Manager

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour and Welfare Manager to join our team.
As Behaviour and Welfare Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating behaviour systems and working closely with parents and carers to promote positive behaviour among all learners.
You will also assist the Headteacher in the overall management and development of the school.
Main Duties:
- Assist the Headteacher in the overall management and development of the school.
- Work with SLT, Heads of Year, and Faculty Leaders to oversee and implement the school's behaviour policy and promote the school's core values.
- Support the Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher Behaviour & Safeguarding in the development of behaviour management across the school.
Experience Needed:
- Experience working with disadvantaged children in a school or similar setting.
- Experience running 1:1 behaviour sessions with children and training staff on behaviour.
- Knowledge of equal opportunities and approaches to Inclusion.
