Job Description

The Behaviour Coordinator will work closely with the SLT, Heads of Year, and Faculty Leaders to oversee and implement the school's behaviour policy and promote the school's core values. This role involves supporting the Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher Behaviour & Safeguarding in the development of behaviour management across the school.

The Behaviour Coordinator will assist the Headteacher in the overall management and development of the school, working collaboratively with learners and parents/carers to promote positive behaviour among all learners and help them overcome barriers to learning such as challenging behaviour.

  • Support staff to ensure high standards of behaviour around the school at all times.
  • Coach, support, and train staff to implement behaviour interventions.
Salary and Benefits

We are offering an estimated salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including access to a CPD programme and opportunities for career progression.
