We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Management Coordinator to join our team at Career Teachers. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting our pupils and contributing to the success of our schools. This is a full-time, long-term position with a salary range of £25,760 - £29,440 per year.

About the Role
This Behavioural Management Coordinator position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and young people with complex needs. You will have the opportunity to work under the guidance of experienced professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our specialist schools in West London.

Main Responsibilities
As a Behavioural Management Coordinator, your main responsibilities will include attending to the personal needs of pupils and implementing related personal programmes. You will also supervise and provide support to pupils, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities during lunchtime. In addition, you will collaborate with SEN-trained staff to develop and implement tailored programmes that promote access to learning for all pupils.

Requirements
This position requires experience in behavioural management and working with pupils with complex needs. A passion for providing excellent support and a commitment to delivering high-quality services are essential.
