Education Behaviour Management Advisor

TimePlan Education Group LTD is seeking an experienced Behaviour Coordinator to join our team. As a Behaviour Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the school's behaviour policy and promoting positive behaviour among learners.
You will work closely with the leadership team and staff to develop and implement behaviour management strategies, supporting learners and staff to achieve their full potential.
Main Duties- Assist the Headteacher in the overall management and development of the school.
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to improve student welfare and academic achievement.
- Support staff to ensure high standards of behaviour around the school at all times.
We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum, depending on experience. The successful candidate will also receive comprehensive benefits, including access to a CPD programme and opportunities for career progression.
