Education Behaviour Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a unique and ambitious secondary school in North West London.

The school has high expectations of all learners and believes that disadvantage or low attainment should not act as a barrier to success.

As Education Behaviour Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting staff to ensure high standards of behaviour around the school at all times, facilitating the best possible standards of teaching and learning.

Your main duties will include working with SLT, Heads of Year, and Faculty Leaders to oversee and implement the school's behaviour policy and promote the school's core values.

You will also support the Assistant Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher Behaviour & Safeguarding in the development of behaviour management across the school.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

You will need to complete Disclosure and Barring Service declarations in line with Section 115 of the Police Act 1997.
