Protocol Education is recruiting an Education and Behaviour Support Specialist to work in a dynamic Primary School in Islington. This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with Teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils.

Salary: £18-22 per hour (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

Your key responsibilities will include assisting Teachers in preparing lesson materials, recording pupil progress, and helping pupils stay focused during class hours. You will also supervise group activities, sport events, and school outings, and help Teachers manage student behaviour.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Ability to build strong relationships with Teachers and pupils
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of child development and learning theories
