**Job Description:** Education Assistant for Challenging Behaviour

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Assistant to support students with challenging behaviour, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Provide individualized support to students with challenging behaviour
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce challenging behaviour
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure consistent support

**Requirements:

* A Level 3 qualification in childcare or a related field (NBQLT160120210826273895)

* Experience working with students with ASD and ADHD

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
