Are you a Behaviour Mentor looking to gain experience in the education sector or an aspiring Teacher seeking a long-term role in schools? We have an OFSTED rated Good School in the London Borough of Redbridge seeking Behaviour Mentors for opportunities in Secondary Alternative Provision schools.


The school is particularly interested in Behaviour Mentors with experience, but we encourage graduates in any relevant degree, aspiring Teachers, Educational Psychologists, or Teaching Assistants to apply.


Key Responsibilities

  • Guiding and monitoring pupil progress to identify areas for improvement
  • Supporting the emotional, physical, and social development of pupils
  • Collaborating with teachers to prepare materials meeting the developmental needs of children
  • Organising and supervising pupils during project and sporting activities
  • Creating an encouraging learning environment for pupils
  • Exhibiting understanding and sensitivity towards children
  • Having excellent knowledge of lessons pupils are required to learn in class

Salary: £90.00 per day. Benefits: on-site parking. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 3:30pm. Required: Certificate of Higher Education (preferred). Experience: 1 year as a Teaching Assistant (preferred).
