**Job Title:** Challenging Behaviour Educator

We are seeking an experienced Challenging Behaviour Educator to join our team at a PRU in Southwark, London.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in working with children and adolescents with challenging behaviour and a proven track record of implementing effective behaviour intervention strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver behaviour intervention programs to reduce challenging behaviour.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to students on behaviour management skills.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop individualised plans.
  • Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of behaviour intervention strategies.

**Requirements:**

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. psychology, education).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents with challenging behaviour.
  • Strong behaviour management skills and a calm, confident approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary:** £32,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
