Hiring a skilled Challenging Behaviour Youth Worker at Axcis Education Recruitment, we seek an experienced professional to provide direct support to students in Haringey who are struggling with challenging behaviour. Responsibilities:- Support students to manage their emotions and develop coping strategies
- Work closely with teaching staff to design behaviour interventions
- Build trust and rapport with students to facilitate positive change
- Significant experience in youth work, particularly with challenging behaviour
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young people
- Ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations and maintain a professional demeanor
The estimated salary range for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, based on experience.
