SEMHA Support Worker

We require a dedicated SEMHA Support Worker to join our team at a SEMH School in Southwark. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing emotional and educational support to students with SEMH and severe challenging behaviour.

With a strong focus on promoting positive relationships and encouraging personal growth, we aim to create a safe and inclusive learning environment. Our staff are highly trained and experienced, providing comprehensive support to our students.

Responsibilities Include:
• Develop and implement effective strategies to support students' academic and social development
• Establish trusting relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to programme planning and evaluation
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEMH support and share knowledge with the team

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 per annum
