Mentor for Challenging Behaviour

We are seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to provide support to students with challenging behaviour or special needs in a dynamic school setting. This role offers a competitive salary range of £80-£100 per day, depending on experience. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with other members of the behavioural team and the SEND Coordinator to develop strategies for supporting pupils both individually and in groups. You will also assist students with learning difficulties by providing them with learning materials and run small groups or interventions for students with behavioural difficulties. The ideal candidate will have experience working with challenging behaviour, be able to build good relationships with students, and be confident in breaking down barriers that affect students and their behaviour. Team Teach training is desirable but not essential. If you have relevant working experience and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of our students, we encourage you to apply.
