Job Overview

Nurseplus is seeking a dedicated Youth Development Worker to join our team. As a Children's Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to children in need, working closely with them to understand their needs and develop a plan to meet those needs.

Your responsibilities will include supporting children in all aspects of their lives, including educational pursuits, hobbies, and activities. You will work in various settings, including Mental Health, Autism, Challenging Behaviour, Education, and Residential, and your experience and support will have a positive impact on developing and contributing towards outcomes that shape the future of children and young people.

We offer a competitive salary of £15-£19 per hour, flexible shifts, free practical training, ongoing support and development opportunities, and eligibility to apply for a Blue Light Card. This role requires previous experience working within a child and/or young adults setting, a level 2 or 3 qualification in Child & Young Peoples Workforce (CYP) is desirable, an enhanced DBS, and a Full UK Driving License.
