Youth Behaviour Specialist

We are seeking a Youth Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd in North West London.
This is a full-time position in a large, dynamic school that prioritizes student wellbeing.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and organizing the exclusion room, ensuring high standards of pupil behaviour, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote positive pupil behaviour.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure effective inclusion practices.
The estimated salary range for this role is £28,000 - £38,000 per year, dependent on qualifications and experience.
