Job Description: Youth Behaviour Coach

We are seeking a Youth Behaviour Coach to join our team, working with young people in a Pupil Referral Unit setting. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience working with young offenders, young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues.

The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to young people aged between 11 and 16, helping them to access education and develop socially and emotionally. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference in the lives of disadvantaged young people.

About the Role

The Youth Behaviour Coach role involves working closely with teachers and other professionals to increase pupil achievement. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a passion to change young people's lives for the better.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver learning activities under supervision
  • Monitor pupils' progress and record achievement
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to increase pupil achievement
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £18-£25 per hour, paid using the PAYE system. In addition to this, we offer pension contributions, social and networking events, and CPD to help with your professional development.
