Empowering Learning is seeking an experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to work with students in a pupil referral unit in North London. As a dedicated professional, you will be required to provide support to children with emotional behavioural difficulties and other challenging behaviours.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working with children who exhibit EBD, SEMH, and other difficult behaviors. You will be working across various age groups in a SEMH/EBD school or alternative provision.

We are looking for candidates from a Psychology, Youth Work, Sports Coaching, Life Coaching, or Mentoring background who feel they can make a positive impact. A competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum reflects the demands of this role.
