We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to students at our Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) who may have experienced challenges in mainstream education.

The successful candidate will work alongside teachers and other professionals to deliver both academic and emotional support, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist teachers in the delivery of lessons across a broad curriculum, helping students engage with learning materials and activities.
  • Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with various learning needs, behavioural challenges, and emotional difficulties.
  • Foster a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where students feel supported and encouraged.
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with students to help improve their confidence and self-esteem.

Salary: £90 per hour. Competitive salary and benefits package available.
