We are seeking an experienced Behavioural Support Tutor to join our team at Teaching Personnel. The successful candidate will be based in a secondary school in Camberwell and will be responsible for providing support to students with Behavioural difficulties in a 1:1 setting.

We are looking for someone with a passion for teaching and learning, who can communicate effectively with colleagues and students, and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a PRU, youth work or Behaviour setting is essential.

This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students. As an employee of Teaching Personnel, you will receive competitive pay (£19-£24 per hour) and access to CPD Training courses. Immediate start dates are available (Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 4pm).

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience with PRU students, SEN and/or educational environments
  • Passion to work with Behavioural difficulties
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
