Are you passionate about supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? Remedy Recruitment Group invites applications from experienced and compassionate Behaviour Support and Development Tutors to join our client school in Islington. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a welcoming SEMH performing arts school, starting in January 2025.

As a Behaviour Support and Development Tutor, you will work one-to-one or in small groups to support children with SEMH needs, using a child-centred approach to help students manage challenging behaviours effectively. You will foster a positive and inclusive environment to promote students' emotional and academic development, providing consistent encouragement, patience, and structure to help children succeed.

To be considered for this rewarding role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in a primary school setting
  • Proven experience supporting children with SEMH needs or challenging behaviours
  • A proactive and compassionate approach to addressing children's individual needs
  • An updated CV and an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service (or be willing to apply for one)

We offer a competitive salary range of £90-£110 per day, depending on experience, as well as the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.
