Teaching Assistant for Behavioural Needs

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support children with behavioural needs in a Primary School setting. The successful candidate will be working closely with Teachers to prepare lesson materials, supervise group activities, and manage student behaviour.
Responsibilities:- Classroom preparation and maintenance
- Lesson material assistance and equipment management
- Pupil progress recording and reporting
- Group activity supervision and behaviour management
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of child development, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations. They will also be able to provide emotional support to pupils who are unwell or upset.
