**Job Description**
We are looking for an Inclusive Learning Specialist to join our team at a SEMH school in West Drayton, London. As a Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students with challenging behaviour and SEMH needs.
You will work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalised learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student. Your goal will be to create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes academic success and social growth.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver targeted interventions to support students with challenging behaviour/SEMH
- Collaborate with teachers to design and implement individualised learning plans
- Assist in maintaining a calm and orderly learning environment
**Requirements**
- Proven experience working with students with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid DBS/Police check and eligibility to work in the UK
