Key Tasks and Responsibilities
  • You will build strong relationships with children, prioritising their individual needs and safety.
  • The ideal candidate will possess experience working with challenging behaviours and a thorough understanding of safeguarding protocols.
Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  1. GCSEs (5 Minimum) – A* - C and a valid enhanced DBS check are essential.
  2. EWC and prior experience working with behaviour are advantageous.
