Behavioural Needs Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Behavioural Needs Teaching Assistant to join our team at Philosophy Education. In this role, you will provide one-to-one support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them to develop their daily living skills, academic abilities, and emotional regulation strategies.
As a Behavioural Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and other support staff to ensure students receive the necessary support and care. You will monitor and report on student progress, collaborate with teachers to develop learning plans, and contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom culture.
A competitive salary of £26,500 per annum is offered, along with opportunities for professional growth and development within our organisation.
