Job Overview:

Rikama Education is recruiting an experienced Teaching Assistant to support pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties in primary schools across the Greenwich Borough.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties in primary schools;
  • Develop strategies to promote positive behaviour and support children to reach their full potential;
  • Work closely with senior school colleagues to ensure the best pupil outcomes are achieved;
  • Contribute to planning and strategies based on observations and recordings;
