Social Emotional Mental Health Teaching Assistant Position

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our primary school team in Ealing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting pupils with Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH) needs and be able to work collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality lessons and activities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs, developing and implementing individualised learning plans to meet their needs.
• Assist teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and activities that cater to the needs of pupils with SEMH needs, ensuring they receive the best possible education.
• Use effective communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with pupils, teachers, and other staff members.
