Emotional Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Emotional Support Professional to join our team at Teaching Personnel. In this role, you will work closely with students who face emotional and mental health challenges, providing them with the necessary support to thrive academically and personally.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people in a mental health or educational setting, and a solid understanding of how mental health impacts learning.

Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support plans that promote emotional well-being and resilience.
- Build positive relationships with students to help them feel safe, understood, and supported.
- Work closely with mental health professionals, SENCOs, and teaching staff to deliver holistic support tailored to the needs of each student.
- Monitor and track student progress, ensuring that any concerns related to mental health are identified early and addressed effectively.
- A competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
