Academics Ltd is seeking an Emotional & Behavioural Support Assistant to join their team in an SEN school located in Wokingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing emotional support to students with Autism, ADHD, and other social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.

This role involves working closely with students to develop confidence, self-regulation, and interpersonal skills. As an Emotional & Behavioural Support Assistant, you will offer tailored support in small groups or one-on-one settings.

Position Details

  • Role: Emotional & Behavioural Support Assistant
  • Location: Wokingham
  • Pay Rate: £83-95 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)
  • Contract: Long-term with the possibility of a permanent position
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm
