This crucial role involves collaborating with experienced staff to deliver bespoke support, empowering students to navigate the complexities of social and emotional learning. The successful candidate will require a deep understanding of child development, alongside strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach.

The selected individual will have the opportunity to develop close relationships with students, tailoring their support to meet individual needs. Our goal-oriented approach ensures that every student reaches their full potential, and we reward dedication and hard work with a salary range of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum.
