Secondary Pupil Referral Unit Learning Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Secondary Pupil Referral Unit Learning Assistant to work with students with SEMH needs in a Redbridge PRU. As a specialist Behavioural Support Professional, you will provide individualised support to students, promoting positive relationships and a safe learning environment.
Job Description:- Provide targeted support to students with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and behavioural challenges.
- Develop and implement behaviour management strategies to promote a positive and structured learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and other support workers to deliver a consistent approach to behaviour and learning support.
- Foster resilience and independence in students through targeted interventions and support.
- Facilitate hands-on activities and structured interventions to promote social skills, confidence, and positive engagement.
The annual salary for this role is approximately £32,500.
