Supporting Pupils with Autism and Learning Difficulties

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Empowering Learning. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping pupils with complex needs reach their full potential.
">Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum
">About the Job: The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with complex needs, preferably in a school setting. You will be required to work collaboratively with our experienced teachers to develop and implement strategies for supporting pupils with complex needs. This may involve adapting lesson plans, providing emotional support, and supervising pupil behavior.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to individual pupils' needs">
- Work closely with other support staff to develop and implement strategies for supporting pupils with complex needs">
- Provide emotional support and encouragement to pupils with complex needs">
- Supervise pupils during breaks and meal times to ensure their safety and well-being">
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting pupils with complex needs">
