Learning Support Professional

Empowering Learning, a dedicated education provider, is seeking a highly skilled Learning Support Professional to join their team at a Primary SEND School in Streatham. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the development of children with various special educational needs.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience working with children with learning difficulties or disabilities and possess excellent patience, empathy, and communication skills. As a Learning Support Professional, you will be responsible for:
- Providing individual support to pupils with various SEND needs
- Supervising pupil behavior and encouraging positive behavior in the classroom
You will work closely with teachers to prepare lessons and plan activities that cater to the diverse needs of the students. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and contribute to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
