Learning Support Key Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Educational Needs (SEN) Key Worker to join our team at Empowering Learning in Bolton. In this role, you will provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs, including those with autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties.
About the Position:As a SEN Key Worker, you will develop and implement individualized learning and behavior support plans in collaboration with our SENCO and teaching staff. You will work closely with a small group of students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and promoting independence.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies, as well as relevant qualifications in Special Educational Needs or a willingness to undertake further training. They will also have experience working with EHCPs (Education, Health, and Care Plans) and the SEND Code of Practice.
