Supporting Pupils with Autism Role

We are a primary school in Redbridge dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all pupils, particularly those with Autism (ASD).
We are currently seeking a qualified or unqualified candidate to join our team as a Graduate Support Assistant, supporting pupils with Autism (ASD) requirements across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff to develop your skills and knowledge, and contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and supporting children with Special Educational Needs, good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Job Description:
* Provide support for pupils with Autism (ASD) requirements across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
* Engage pupils with creativity and imagination through various activities.
* High-quality Continuing Professional Development (CPD) will be provided.
* Strong inclusion team to support you.
Salary and Benefits: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus benefits.
