Mentor for Challenging Behaviour

Teach360 is seeking a Mentor for Challenging Behaviour to join our school's behaviour team in Tower Hamlets. As a mentor, you will play a critical role in supporting students with challenging behaviour, helping them to achieve their full potential and succeed academically.
About the Role:The Mentor for Challenging Behaviour will work closely with teachers, SENCos, and families to develop effective strategies for improved pupil behaviour and academic success. This includes identifying pupils in need of support, providing assistance, and delivering one-to-one mentoring sessions to targeted students.
The estimated salary for this role is £100-£130 per day, reflecting the importance of the position and the need for a qualified individual to succeed. A full-time commitment from Monday to Friday is required, as well as an enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one.
Responsibilities:- Identify pupils in need of support and provide assistance
- Deliver one-to-one mentoring sessions to targeted students
- Develop strategies for improved pupil behaviour to enhance academic success
- Create action plans for learners as part of the learning process
- Liaise regularly with SENCos to track student progress
- Monitor student behaviour and track progress
- Pursue liaison with families to provide additional support
- Collaborate with pupils on managing challenging behaviours
- Establish an action plan outlining the goals and objectives of the mentoring program
