About the Role

The Behaviour Mentor is responsible for providing support to students with behavioural challenges, aiming to enhance their social, emotional, and behavioural skills. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing individualised support to students with behavioural needs
  • Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and behaviour

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Applicants must undergo various checks, including an enhanced DBS check and full references.

Requirements
  • At least 6 months of experience in the educational sector
  • Current DBS registration or willingness to apply for one
  • Eligibility to work in the UK

The salary for this position is approximately £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
