Challenging Behaviour Mentor

Spencer Clarke Group Ltd. is seeking an Educational Support Specialist to join our team.
This challenging behaviour mentor role requires someone who is empathetic and resilient, with a strong background in working with adults or young people with challenging behaviours, SEMH needs, or additional needs.
- Assist within classes, providing emotional support to students and helping them engage with lessons.
- Develop strategies to manage challenging behaviour, promoting a positive learning environment.
- Build relationships with students, fostering trust and understanding.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to work effectively with challenging students, managing your own emotions and reactions. A commitment to helping students overcome past negative experiences and develop a love of learning is essential.
The estimated salary range for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Full-time employees also receive 07% statutory holiday pay.
