Challenging Behaviour Mentor for SEN School

Job Description
We are recruiting for a Challenging Behaviour Mentor to work with our students at a specialist SEN school in North West London/Harrow. The successful candidate will have experience of working with teenagers who exhibit challenging behaviour and be able to develop effective strategies to manage and reduce incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualised plans to support students' emotional and behavioural needs
- Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them to develop self-regulation skills and manage their behaviour
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience of working with teenagers who exhibit challenging behaviour
- Strong understanding of attachment theory and its application in educational settings
