Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled SEN Behaviour Support Assistant to work with students exhibiting challenging behaviour. This full-time role promotes positive behaviour and enhances academic engagement.
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and productive learning environment.
Collaborate with teachers and SEN specialists to develop personalized behaviour plans, ensuring a comprehensive approach to behavioural challenges.
Provide one-on-one support to students, helping them navigate social situations and reinforce positive behaviours.
Assist in delivering engaging lessons that promote academic achievement and appropriate social interactions.
Facilitate small group sessions focused on social skills and emotional regulation to foster community and belonging.
Benefits:
