Behavioural Support Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our exceptional team at a primary school in Lambeth. The role involves supporting children with SEMH and complex behavioural needs, promoting engagement and motivation in the classroom, and developing social skills.

The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 or First-class degree, a genuine interest in SEN and mental health, and excellent communication skills. Experience in a previous role or personal experience in SEN is desirable.

The school provides a supportive staff environment, modern facilities, and opportunities for professional development. The salary for this full-time, long-term position is estimated to be between £35,000-£40,000 per annum.
