Behaviour Mentor Assistant – Responsibilities:
- Support students in understanding and adhering to school behaviour policies.

- Assist teachers in managing classroom behaviour to ensure a productive learning space.

Behaviour Mentor Assistant – Essential Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology or a related field – Minimum 2:1 degree from a recognised UK university.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and collaborate with staff.
