Graduate Behaviour Mentor Position

Ribbons and Reeves Limited is seeking a confident and resilient graduate to take on a rewarding role as a Behaviour Mentor in Waltham Forest. The successful candidate will work on a 1:1 basis with a learner in pupils progress.
Job Description:The Behaviour Mentor will provide support and guidance to learners who require additional help managing challenging behaviour. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to gain experience working in a school setting and make a positive impact on young people's lives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children and being involved in challenging behaviour management. A strong understanding of child development and learning theories would be beneficial. Additionally, the ability to communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals is essential.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
