About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate to join our school-based team as a behaviour mentor. Working closely with learners, you will provide one-to-one support and help develop strategies to manage challenging behaviour.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with children and possess strong interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about supporting individuals with autism and making a positive impact, this role could be perfect for you.
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
