Graduate Behaviour Mentor Role

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Graduate Behaviour Mentor to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Graduate Behaviour Mentor, you will work with vulnerable students aged 4-19, providing them with the tools and support they need to succeed in life.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of mental health issues and the ability to build strong relationships with students. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children and young people achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
- Develop strategies to improve student engagement and attainment
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure effective communication and support
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Psychology or equivalent experience
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
What We Offer:
- Competitive daily rate: £85-110
- Excellent training, support, and CPD opportunities
- Term-time only, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-4pm
