Primary School Behaviour Specialist

About the Job:
This role involves supporting students with SEMH and complex needs in a mainstream Primary School setting. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with teachers to develop strategies for improving student engagement and motivation.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- To provide individualized support to students with SEMH and complex needs
- To assist teachers in developing strategies for promoting social skills among students
- To participate in safeguarding procedures and ensure the safety of all students
- To contribute to ongoing training and professional development opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements:
- A 2:1 or First-class degree from a reputable University
- A genuine interest in working with individuals with SEN and Mental Health
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in SEN is desirable
- A calm and empathetic nature
Compensation and Benefits: A competitive daily rate of £105-£115, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
