We are seeking a skilled Behaviour Specialist to join our team at Unity Education Limited. As the new Pastoral Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that students adhere to school policy and expectations, demonstrating outstanding conduct including behaviour, uniform, punctuality, and attendance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set clear expectations and promote the highest standards of behaviour across the school.
- Provide rapid and effective support to colleagues who experience challenging student behaviour.
- Liaise with the School Safeguarding Team and respond appropriately to concerns.
About the Role:The ideal candidate for this Pastoral Lead role will have experience establishing positive relationships with challenging young people and successfully implementing behaviour strategies to raise attainment. If so, we would like to hear from you
